Avyansh's car stopped in front of the church as they reached there. Arya was about to open the door of the passenger seat but Avyansh held her head making her look at him with raised eyebrows, he motioned to her that he would do it.
Arya's heart fluttered as he got down from the car and jogged to her side only to open the door for her, a smile formed on her face as she got down from the car and Avyansh bowed in front of her making her laugh at his gesture.
They both started to walk inside the church, entering inside they saw many people praying.
Avyansh looked at Arya as he said “bohot sari log hai” Arya nodded and said “ you stay here, i will go to front” Avyansh shook his head and held her hand as he took her with him to the front, where the church's father's podium is.
Reaching the podium, Arya got on her knees as she folded her arms near her chest and covered her head with the dupatta and closed her eyes as she prayed “ father, it's getting worse again for me. Those nightmares are back, please take this pain away from me — a tear left her eye as she said those words — please father, hear my prayer” she opened her eyes and tilted her sideways to look at Avyansh who were engrossed in his prayer “what's with him, father. Whenever I saw him, it felt weird, my heart always beat fast looking at him. I like to look at him, if the same thing happens to me then please don't make it happen, please I beg you don't make me fall in love” she said and a tear left her eye which she quickly wiped and closed her eyes
As she closed her eyes ,Avyansh opened his eyes and looked at her and a smile formed on his face as he realized a thing again “i think I am hopelessly in love with her, please god make her mine, Amen” with that he completed his prayer. Avyansh looked at her and noticed that her dupatta fell from her head, so he leaned in and covered her head with the dupatta.
Avyansh was looking at her intensely unaware of the Storm going inside her heart.
Ironic how one is praying to get his love while the other is praying to get away from it.
But God has already planned something beautiful for them, even if they refuse,it will get its way to reach them anyways.
If it's written then remember no one means no one can change it.

Arya was looking at the stalls in the street, her heart swelled with happiness as she saw those jhumka, payal and bangles. Her heart was screaming from inside to go to them but she was unsure to go there —
1. There was dirty water in front of her which was stoked there due to heavy rain. Even if she tried to walk while holding her dress upwards ,her kurti would get drenched in it. And even though she wanted to go in the car, the street was very small for the car to enter.
2. She is unsure what if Avyansh doesn't like to buy from here. He is a billionaire's son, obviously he lived a lavish, expensive life. Unlike her— having everything yet she loves to live a slow life.
Arya bit her lip while thinking about it, while Avyansh was observing her every expression. He knew that she wanted to go there to the stalls, but still stood here, beside him.
He looked down at his feet, he was wearing his most favorite expensive shoes, then he lifted his gaze to look at Arya whose eyes were not leaving the stalls.
Avyansh left from there, making Arya's heart clenched. She knows it is impossible to go and buy those beauties, so with a heavy heart she turned around to walk back to the car.
Arya stopped in her tracks as she saw Avyansh coming back, he came near to her and asked a question, which made her stunned “do you trust me?” trust — it is something which she can't do,not yet at least. After getting betrayed by her own people. Arya stopped trusting people; she even finds it difficult to trust her own parents, those parents who welcomed her into this world, those parents who raised her.
What if they betray her too?
What if they leave her too?
That's what she thought.
It's not like she doesn't trust them but still there was an uncertainty whether they were telling the truth or lies.
Ironic, how a child is doubting her own parents
Ironic ,how a girl who used to do everything her parents told her without thinking anything now thinks twice before doing it because she can't afford to get hurt now.
Ironic, how they changed an innocent soul into something which she never wanted to become.
Yet, there is some hope in her heart, which wants her to trust him. Arya looked into his eyes and their heart skipped beats simultaneously as she tried to search for something which may hurt her but found none.
“What happens if I trust him?” She thought to herself, maybe he doesn't break her like others.
Maybe he is different but she is still scared.
Scared of repeating the same fate.
Yet, with a heavy heart Arya nodded her head, making a smile appear on his face. Again after years here she is breaking her walls for him, unknowingly.
Years ago, Arya promised to herself at her grandfather's grave —
that she would never make friends in her life but she did and broke that promise.
That she would never trust someone in her life but she did and broke that promise as well.
That she will never fall in love with someone but looks like she is going to break that promise too.

“I am going to lift you in my arms” Avyansh said and her eyes widened, “what!!?” Arya almost yelled at him, making him smile at her, he got the reaction he expected. “Yes, and I dare you if you say i am heavy, then i will lift you everyday as if i'm doing my workout” he said and Arya zipped her mouth making him chuckle, Avyansh bend down and kept his one hand below her knees and other on her waist making goosebumps crawl on her body as he lift her in his arms effortlessly.
Arya circled her arms around his neck and kept her head on his chest unknowingly listening to his heart beat which was beating faster.
Avyansh started to walk in the dirty water with bare feet as he removed his shoes to carry her to the stalls. Reaching near the stall he carefully kept her on her legs. Arya thanked him for which he glared at her, in return she giggled as she saw those beautiful pieces of jewelry in front of her.
Arya picked up a jhumka, kept it near her ear and showed it to him, Avyansh who was lost in her beauty nodded his head for everything she showed, making her frustrated.
“Kya yaar Ansh? Pick one, har ek cheez pe sar kyu hila rahe ho?” Arya asked frustrated,
“ Kya karu Mai, everything looks good on you” he shrugged, making her more frustrated.
“please na, pick one” Arya showed her puppy eyes to him and he melted as his heart fluttered . He nodded and picked one making her smile and she showed him a thumbs up.
“Bhaiya, kitne ne ka hua?” Arya asked the shopkeeper, “100 RS” he said, Arya nodded at him and was about to give money to him but someone beat her in it as Avyansh already gave money to the shopkeeper.
“What are you doing?” Arya asked, narrowing her eyes at him.
“Huh?” Avyansh looked at her clueless.
“Why did you give money to him?” Avyansh thinned his eyebrows “why can't I give money to him?” He asked as a frown formed on his forehead.
“You can't, take them back?” Arya ordered, making him raise his eyebrows at her “no” Avyansh said finding it funny arguing with her
“See, mujhe gussa mat dilao, take the money back, ican pay myself” Arya said as anger started to bubble inside her. He can't pay when she herself can afford it.
“Bhaiya ye lo vo dedo” Arya took the money from him and gave back Avyansh's to him and threw him with a winning smile like she won a big lottery. He smiled seeing the way she dominated him. And honestly he loved it.
“Kya mast jodi hai, puto palo, khush raho” the shop keeper said, making their head snap at him. Avyansh smiled as he heard him while Arya's cheeks turned red .
“Ham, jodi nahi hai” Arya snapped, making the shopkeeper frown at her “ kyu nahi? Aap jaise jagad rahe the vaise toh pati patni hi jagad te hai” he said and Arya shook her head.
“Arey nahi bhaiya hu—” she was cutted off ,
“Hum pati patni lag te hai?” Avyansh asked the shopkeeper while grinning and Arya's head snapped at him as she looked at him in disbelief.
“Haa, bilkul bohot achi Jodi hai aap logo ki” the shopkeeper again said, making Arya look away and Avyansh smiled at the feeling.
“Let it be, he is not going to listen, so it's better if we accept it.” Avyansh whispered in her ear making a shiver run down her spine as she nodded her head as if he was controlling her.
“Dekho ab bhi vaise hi behave kar rahe ho” the shopkeeper said and Arya looked down while Avyansh smiled at him. He took the bag from the shopkeeper as they left the stall.
Meanwhile Anirudh and Diya who looked at them from the beginning were grinning ear to ear seeing the improvement in their bestfriend and brother.
“Ye dono tho express se bhi fast hai” Anirudh exclaimed, rubbing his eyes as if he was not believing what he was seeing.
“But I'm mad at her!” Diya said as she looked at Arya who was standing at a panipuri stand.
“Dekho kaise akeli karahi hai,she forgot that I am going to join her for shopping” she exclaimed, her voice a mixture of sadness and anger while Anirudh looked at her in disbelief.
“Are you for real?. Let's go from here, hum kahi aur ka lenge” saying that he dragged her from there and they both left from there.
✧
It was evening and after the whole day of shopping, Avyansh took Arya to a hill from where they could see the whole city. As it was evening the sunset was beautiful.
“It's beautiful” Arya exclaimed looking at the red sunset. “Not more than you” Avyansh whispered, which went unnoticed by her.
“Let's sit there on grass” Avyansh suggested and Arya nodded as they both got settled on the green grass.
For sometime both didn't say anything as their silence was too comfortable for them .
Avyansh glanced at Arya as he asked the question which was bothering him
“Where are your specs?” Arya diverted her gaze to him from the sun. “Vo subah room me jaldi aarahi thi na tab gir gayi thi and it broke, sadly it was the last pair I have” Arya said with a sad smile. Avyansh nodded, it was not the question he wanted to ask but still he thought to let it go while Arya was wondering that he noticed that she wasn't wearing specs and once again silence fell between them.
Avyansh was continuously glancing at her and finally he asked the question which was bothering him “do you believe in love?” Arya was taken aback by his question as she glanced at him “why did you ask that?”
He shrugged and said “bolo, do you believe in love?”
“Do you?” She asked, looking at him with her charcoal black eyes. Avyansh blinked at her as he said “I do” Arya smiled which didn't reach her eyes as she uttered, making his heart break. “But i don't” Arya saw his face fall, and her frown formed on her forehead as she looked at his face .
“What happened?” Arya asked, Avyansh shook his head as he asked “why don't you believe in love?” Arya raised her eyebrows at him and his eyes demanded her to answer his questions.
“Can I be honest with you ?” Arya asked after taking a deep breath. He nodded.
“ Love marriage didn't work out in my family. There was a time where I used to believe in love blindly. There was a time when I used to crave for love but they say everything is not forever and so is love for me. I saw my uncle's falling in love and I saw them marrying the person they love. At that time I thought that love is the most beautiful feeling ever.”
“ Until one day I got to know the truth that they got married against their parents wishes. Pyaar ke liye insaan kuch bhi kar sakta hai, lekin unhe ye nahi pata ki vo insaan accha hai ya bura. Pyaar to kar lete hai , shaadi bhi kar lete hai per jis insaan se tum pyaar karte ho kya vo tumhari family ko bhi vaise pyaar kar payegi?.
I know har insaan ek jaise nahi hota hai magar ek jaisa hua toh?. I saw them crying because of their wife's, I saw my mother crying because of her brother's failed marriage. I saw my friends crying in their relationships .I know pyaar ek khubsurat ehsas hai lekin mere liye nahi hai.” Avyansh hold her hand, providing support as she continued,
“ I am not made for love Avyansh, meri kismat me pyaar nahi hai, bus Dard hai. Even if I fell in love, vo jyada der nahi tikega, mere liye pyaar ka matlab vo hai jo mere dada ne dadi se kiya that , vo hai jo tumhare dadu, dadi ke beech mai hai ,mere liye pyaar ka matlab hai —it's okay if you don't love me but you should treat my family like yours. Vo hai pyaar mere liye.
Vo pyaar jo meri kismat mein nahi hai.
Even if I tried to love someone in the end I would lose them. Mene apne dadu se pyaar kiya hai aur vo mujhe iss bhayankar duniya me akele chod ke chale gai. Life mai ek kam mujhse nahi ho paya vo hai rishte sabal na. People told me that I don't deserve to be loved and I believed them because I knew they were right.” She completed as a tear escaped from her eyes, and Avyansh wiped her tears as he took her in a comfortable hug. Arya doesn't know why she told him but her heart felt at ease after sharing it with him.
“You deserve to be loved” Avyansh said suddenly, his eyes sparking with emotions, Arya broke the hug and looked at him with a sad smile forming on her face. She knows that it's impossible for her to feel that love which she always craved for.
It's impossible to fall in love for those who witnessed their loved ones breaking in front of them. Arya is one of those people who saw her family breaking in front of her. There was a time where she wanted to fall in love, she wanted to experience love but after seeing how her aunt treated her Nani and mother, a fear was born in her heart. That love was not always beautiful, sometimes it's a dangerous tragedy. A tragedy which will hunt and hurt you for a whole lifetime.
After that they left from there, calling it a night.
